Would you like to return an item?
1. Register the reason for your return in our portal using your email address and order number.
For EU Customers: Register you return reason Here
For NON-EU Customers: Contact customer service at customercare@lesdeux.com, They will then create a return label for you.
2. Select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.
3. Use the return label you received in the package to put outside the box*.
Budbee returns must be booked through their app or via the tracking link you received.

4. Pack the items in their original packaging and include this delivery note.
5. Drop off the package at your nearest drop-off point.

6. Remember to ask for a receipt when you hand it in so you’ve got proof of return.

Returnpolicy
If you wish to return your order, you can do so within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for items from your order, and we recommend placing a new order on our website instead. If you receive an incorrect item or a defective product, we will, of course, exchange it for the correct and intact item.
You can expect to receive your refund within 1-4 business days after the package has been returned to our warehouse.
Using your own return label
If you use a different return label than the one we provide, return shipping won’t be covered by our return fee.
If you’re missing a label, please let us know, and we’ll send you over a new one.
