Shipping

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use DHL to send out all of our orders worldwide from our warehouse in Denmark. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free delivery in Europe for all orders above €150. For full shipping rates and fees, please see our Delivery & Returns page.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Changed your mind? No problem, these things happen. If you'd like to alter or cancel your order, please contact our customer service department with your order number as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, if you have received shipping confirmation it's not possible to amend or cancel your order.

In this instance, please return your order once you have received it as per our standard returns policy.

When can I expect my order?

For delivery with DHL Economy, you can expect to receive your order within 2-4 business days.
For delivery with DHL Express you can expect to receive your order in 1-2 business days. 

Where is my order?

Once your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your package here.

Shipping times vary depending on where you are in the world, but we aim to get your order to you within 4 business days. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for more information.

If you haven't received your order within 4 working days of placing it, please reach out to our Customer Care team.

Returns

How do I return my order?

If your order doesn't quite fit and you'd like to return your item, then you're entitled to a refund within 30 days of receiving your package.

Please fill out the return and proof of purchase form that you received with your order. Get your return label here.

You'll also need to return the item unused and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item for a different size or color. 

Please note that we will deduct the cost of shipping from your return. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for return fees.

How much does it cost to return my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for international customers. If you’d like to return the items you’ve purchased, please use the returns label included in your delivery. The cost for the return will be deducted from the amount refunded to your account once we have received the items.

How do I exchange my order?

You can exchange anything you've purchased for a different size or color within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the garments are unused and in their original packaging.

Unfortunately, we can't exchange an item for a different style. 

It is not possible to exchange for a different size or color, for non EU orders.  

Please fill out the returns form you received with your order and return it with your item.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive the items you've returned, we'll start processing your refund to your original payment method.

This usually takes between 2-4 working days.

What do I do if my item is damaged or faulty?

We're sorry to hear there's a problem with your Les Deux clothing.

Please email our Customer Care team at customercare@lesdeux.com, including your order number, and a description and image of the damage.

They'll get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

Claims

What do I do if my item is faulty?

If your item appears faulty either by production mistake or is torn, you can claim it through here.

Is it possible to claim an item both online and in stores?

It is indeed possible for you to claim your item online through here, or in our stores. 
Items bought online, can be claimed in our stores, likewise opposite.

We accept claims against the presentation of a receipt or an order confirmation.

How long do I have to make a claim?

You can claim your item for up to two years.

We comply with the official Danish Purchase Act and hereby offer repair or compensation of the claimed product. 

We accept claims against the presentation of a receipt or an order confirmation.

What can I pay with?

Les Deux accepts the following methods:

- iDEAL (Only Netherlands)

Size

Which size should I order?

We have a size guide for each item. If you have further questions regarding the size or measurements, please get in touch with our customer care team at customercare@lesdeux.com.

Giftcard

How do I purchase a gift card?

Please visit the gift card page in our shop and choose the amount you'd like to add to your card.

A gift card cannot be purchased using discount codes. 

How long does a gift card last?

Your gift card is valid for three years. If you'd like a specific date, please contact our Customer Care team.

How do I return a purchase made with a gift card?

Please follow our standard returns procedure outlined above. Your credit will be transferred back to the same gift card, minus any return shipping fees, which you can find on our Delivery & Returns page.

How do I check my balance?

If the gift card is connected to a customer account, the balance can be reviewed by using the link received in the gift card email. For customers without an account, please contact customercare@lesdeux.com
