It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive.
If you experience delays, please contact customer service.
If you wish to change your order, customer service must be contacted as soon as possible with an order number. It will not be possible to change your order if you have not received a shipping confirmation. If this is the case, you have to place a new order.
If you wish to cancel your order, customer service must be contacted as soon as possible so that we can stop the shipment of the item. If this is not completed in time, it will need to be processed as a return.
When your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Items purchased online from the 14th November 2019 can be returned until the 10th January 2020.
You are entitled to a refund within 28 days after you have received your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please fill out the enclosed return form and proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We only exchange an item for a different size or colour. Please fill out the return form and write down your replacement size and/or colour. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will pay for any additional cost that comes for the exchanged item.

If you experience a fault on a product you have purchased from us, please write an email to info@lesdeux.com with your order number, a description, and a picture showing the defect or damage
We will review your complaint within 48 hours with a purpose of a solution. We are of course responsible for the freight for approved claims. For more information about your warranty, please check out our terms and conditions.
All returned items will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please expect your refund to be credited within 3-4 business days after we have received your package.
