Delivery
If you're ordering from outside the EU, please note that you may receive a customs bill. Unfortunately, this is not a cost we cover.
Orders placed after 12:00 (CET) on business days or during the weekend are not eligible for next-day express delivery.
Ordering & Payment
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark using trusted carriers. You can choose between DHL Standard, DHL Service Point, UPS Home, UPS Access Point, or Budbee (where available).
We offer free delivery on orders above a certain amount, depending on your location. For a full breakdown on shipping, check out our Delivery page.
Please note: If you select UPS Access Point and don’t choose a specific location during checkout, UPS will automatically assign the nearest one. If that location is unavailable at the time of delivery, your package will be redirected to the next closest access point.
Changed your mind? No problem, it happens. If you'd like to change or cancel your order, reach out to our Customer Care team with your order number as soon as possible.
If you’ve already received a shipping confirmation, we won’t be able to make any changes. Instead, please refuse delivery or return your order through the standard returns policy.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method, but we aim to deliver within 2-5 business days. For full details, check our Delivery page.

Returns, Refunds & Claims
To make the process as smooth as possible, we’ve created dedicated return guides for each delivery partner:

Following the correct guide ensures your return is registered and processed correctly.
You’re entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
Please fill out the return form included in your order. If you’re missing a return label, you can create one here.
Please Note: You may need to bring a printed copy of your invoice when dropping off your return. If you can’t find it, our Customer Care team can help you out.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for items from your order, and we recommend placing a new order on our website instead. If you receive an incorrect item or a defective product, we will, of course, exchange it for the correct and intact item. If you need help placing a new order, our customer service is ready to help you here
As soon as we receive your return, we’ll process it and begin your refund to the original payment method.
Once you’ve received the refund confirmation email, it usually takes 1–4 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
If your item is faulty, you can submit a claim here. Please include a photo of the issue along with your receipt or order confirmation.
In line with the Danish Purchase Act, we offer repair or compensation for valid claims, and you have up to two years to submit a claim.

Giftcard
Please visit the gift card page in our shop and choose the amount you'd like to add to your card.
A gift card cannot be purchased using discount codes.
Your gift card is valid for three years. If you'd like a specific date, please contact our Customer Care team.
Please follow our standard returns procedure outlined above. Your credit will be transferred back to the same gift card, minus any return shipping fees, which you can find on our Delivery & Returns page.
If the gift card is connected to a customer account, the balance can be reviewed by using the link received in the gift card email. For customers without an account, please contact customercare@lesdeux.com.
