Budbee

You can create a return with Budbee via their app or through a link they sent you via SMS when your package was delivered.

Here is a guide on how to do it:

- Enter the app or find the link for return under the tracking link you received when placing the order.

- Click on book a return (Budbees return service is 100% label-free).

- Choose a time for the return, and choose if you want it collected at your doorstep or if you want to return it in a locker.

-When the package is picked up you would be able to follow the return through the notifications from Budbee, either on the app or via SMS.

- If the return button is not visible, please reach out to us at Les Deux for other return alternatives.
