Operations Coordinator

We’re Les Deux, and we’re looking for a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team in Copenhagen

The Role

As an Operations Coordinator, your role involves managing various tasks, all aimed at streamlining our processes to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes. You contribute to making our processes data-driven, which creates higher efficiency and adds value to our operations, benefiting both our customers and the company.

We have a global presence, inside and outside Europe, and a loyal customer base that we are very proud of. Our customers are just as important to us as our own team members, and you play a role in ensuring happiness for both.

Your main responsibilities

  • Forecasting and planning seasonal delivery drops to Retail Partners and stakeholders
  • Focus on master data management to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data to key accounts and pure players
  • Coordinating the fulfillment and distribution of Les Deux products across multiple channels and locations, ensuring that goods and services are delivered efficiently and on time.
  • Ensuring the quality, efficiency, and compliance of our operations processes are on point
  • Communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as Key accounts, logistics providers, warehouse, 3 PL partner in U.S., stores, and online platforms
  • Analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators and operational metrics
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement and innovation in our operations

What Makes You a Great Fit

We imagine you hold a bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field. That said, we believe knowledge is more important to us than this piece of paper.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role in the fashion industry
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English both verbally and in writing, both for internal communication and external communications with our partners
  • Experience working with 3PL Partner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and data analysis tools
  • A keen eye for detail and a customer-oriented mindset
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude and the ability to work with tight deadlines.

What We Offer

Our culture is one of the key reasons that we’ve grown from two people with a side project to an international brand with a team of 100, so keeping a friendly and vibrant atmosphere is super-important to us for the future.

We were founded on three fundamental pillars: stay hungry, stay together, and stay humble. We’ve got big ambitions, and believe we’ll hit those ambitions through a mix of hard work and teamwork.

We Also Offer

  • Six weeks of vacation each year
  • Professional development and career opportunities in collaboration with your manager
  • Company lunch scheme
  • Optional pension scheme and Health Insurance
  • Gym & basketball court at the office and workout sessions on Tuesdays with a personal trainer
  • Friday bars and regular company socials
  • Great prices on our clothes and accessories and special deals with our partners.
  • Free fruit, snacks, and most importantly, coffee (our coffee guy recently called our machine “The Ferrari of coffee machines”)

If you want to be part of our journey, we want to hear from you.

We believe that difference makes us stronger, and encourage everyone to apply regardless of age, ethnicity, ability, gender, gender expression, gender identity, nationality, race, religion, or sexual orientation.
