Job - Brand Engagement Specialist – Worldwide.

We’re Les Deux, and we’re looking for a Brand Engagement Specialist to join us at our HQ in Copenhagen.

The Role

We think people are just as important as product, and a big part of connecting with people happens in our Brand Engagement team.

As our new Brand Engagement Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in building relationships and supporting our B2B partners throughout the world.

Together with team lead Sebastian Skøtt, you’ll be the bridge between our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care teams, with a specific focus on the retailers, department stores, agents, and distributors that we work with.

Thanks to your down-to-earth, can-do, and flexible attitude, you’ll easily swap hats between the different aspects of your role, developing and reinforcing our reputation in the industry as one of the best brands to work with.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build & maintain strong relationships with B2B partners like our distributors, retailers, and agents.
  • Create passionate ambassadors of our brand by ensuring our partners understand our story & aesthetics.
  • Lead our B2B merchandising efforts, implementing a strategy for key accounts and ensuring it aligns with seasonal marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs for our partners to enhance their product & brand knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to drive staff performance.
  • Provide actionable insights, KPIs, and recommendations to improve sell-through and overall store performance for key accounts.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You’ve got 2+ years’ experience from a similar role where you worked with partner collaboration and merchandising.
  • You’re a people person with excellent communication skills and a natural curiosity about others.
  • Your Danish & English skills are top-notch (you might even know some French and German too)
  • Analyzing data & drawing meaningful insights is a breeze to you.
  • You’re a team player and results-oriented individual with a great drive.
  • Big goals like worldwide growth don’t phase you.
  • You might already be familiar with the fashion or lifestyle industry.

What We Offer

Our culture is one of the key reasons that we’ve grown from two people with a side project to an international brand with a team of 100, so keeping a friendly and vibrant atmosphere is super-important to us for the future.

We were founded on three fundamental pillars: stay hungry, stay together, and stay humble. We’ve got big ambitions, and believe we’ll hit those ambitions through a mix of hard work and teamwork.

We Also Offer

  • Six weeks of vacation each year
  • Professional development and career opportunities in collaboration with your manager
  • Company lunch scheme
  • Optional pension scheme and Health Insurance
  • Gym & basketball court at the office and workout sessions on Tuesdays with a personal trainer
  • Friday bars and regular company socials
  • Great prices on our clothes and accessories and special deals with our partners.
  • Free fruit, snacks, and most importantly, coffee (our coffee guy recently called our machine “The Ferrari of coffee machines”)

If you want to be part of our journey, we want to hear from you.

We believe that difference makes us stronger, and encourage everyone to apply regardless of age, ethnicity, ability, gender, gender expression, gender identity, nationality, race, religion, or sexual orientation.

We’re conducting interviews on an ongoing basis. If you snooze, you might lose. Email Head of People & Culture, Angelle Peters, at with your CV, plus a Cover Letter explaining why you’d be a great fit.
