Delivery information
International Shipping Deadline
To allow time for your parcel to arrive before Christmas, you'll need to order before the 20th December at 12:00 CEST.
We ship with DHL every weekday at 12:00.
Exchange & Return
You are always entitled to return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ve extended this period for Christmas.
You can return or exchange any item that’s been ordered in November or December until the 22nd January. Your return or exchange needs to be in its original condition and packaging. Simply fill out the Returns form included with your order.
Please be aware that we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
