Renni Jacque Running
Posted on February 12 2018
Renni Jaqué is a passionate runner, father and husband with unstoppable ambition. No obstacle seems impossible or difficult for Renni and now, he has turned his attention and energy from these physical challenges towards helping the less fortunate.
He runs because he enjoys challenging his spirit and body, though the reason he takes it as far as he does is more important and heavily inspired by his father. Renni’s father suffers from Alzheimer's and he has been very close to him throughout the illness. The experience with seeing his dad and what it did to him affected him so deeply, that it led him to come up with Renni Jacque Running.
Renni runs to put focus on the disease and raise money for the Alzheimer's Association, and inspire others to pursue and reach their goals.
We help Renni by making sure he draws all the attention he can towards the Alzheimer's Association and what they do to fight the disease. We offer anything from sharing his stories of the big running challenges to suiting him up in the finest gear from Les Deux Athletics.
Renni’s biggest run so far was his “Everesting” with eight consecutive runs over Alpe D´Huez in France. The run was 224 km long with 17.929 vertical meters, and it was all done in 43 hours and 27 minutes. It made headlines in newspapers and magazines, with attention in different blogs and general interest from the running society. So the big effort helps to create attention and we are eager to find out about our next project.
